Healthy Holiday Checklist // Winter Goddess Salad

In the nutrition world we talk about all things in moderation. If we enjoy ourselves and indulge on Thanksgiving, that’s moderation, right? After all, it is just one day out of 365. But tell me what happens after Thanksgiving? Do you hop right back on the nutrition bandwagon? Or do you falter on and off from Thanksgiving all the way to New Years? A few days of indulgence this time of year are expected and normal. Good food is meant to be enjoyed! It is what you do in between those days of indulgence that matter.

There are 38 days between Thanksgiving and New Years Day. That gives you 38 opportunities to have a healthy day. Challenge yourself to keep health and nutrition in the mix this holiday season. To help, click on and print the checklist below. Each day, track your progress. Complete as many healthy behaviors from the list as you can.
