There is one fruit I love more than all the rest. It’s watermelon! When watermelon is in season, there is hardly a day that goes by that I don’t enjoy a bite. My kids are big ice cream fans. They would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I let them. To encourage a healthier choice, we whipped up a batch of watermelon sorbet.It is the perfect refreshing treat for summer. Enjoy!
