Fruit or Veggie? // Tuna Stuffed Avocado

Is it a fruit? Is it a vegetable? What’s your guess? Avocados fall into the same botanical family as berries. As odd as that may sound, that makes avocado a fruit! They may not seem as sweet as other fruits, but their versatility leaves you with countless possibilities. Check out the top ten ways to enjoy Avocados from fruitsandveggiesmorematters.org. Tuna Stuffed Avocado is a great recipe to increase your seafood intake, and get a serving of healthy fat and delicious veggies.

This can be a great make-ahead recipe. Mix everything except the avocado together in a bowl and stick it in the refrigerator. When you are ready to eat, all you’ll need to do is prepare the avocado. Give it a try. Enjoy!
