Top Ten Ways to Enjoy Apricots // Cinnamon Apricot Bread

Apricot trees are some of the first to bloom in the spring. Some parts of Utah are already seeing spring blossoms. Other areas will soon follow. I put my baking skills to the test and made a batch of Cinnamon Apricot Bread.
My local grocery store didn’t have fresh apricots on the shelves yet, so I opted for dried. Dried worked just as well! Consider drying your own apricots when fresh apricots are on sale, growing in your yard, or for sale at your local farmers market.

I divided the recipe into three mini bread pans and baked them for 20-25 minutes. We ate one for dinner and I put the other two in the freezer to use another day. Give it a try as fresh apricots come in season. Enjoy!
