Fruit & Veggie Swaps // Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Potatoes, and Chicken

Have you visited your local farmers market yet? Many markets are open, or will be opening soon, across the state of Utah. Farmers markets are a great way to enjoy fresh, local produce. When you’re shopping at the farmers market, you might not see as much variety in produce as you would at the grocery store. When that is the case, knowing a bit about fruit and veggie swaps can help. See the list below.

If your local farmers market doesn’t have Brussels sprouts, try broccoli or cabbage instead. No potatoes? Give carrots a try. Enjoy!
